Where it goes. Stop the server first, then replace PalWorldSettings.ini in Pal/Saved/Config/WindowsServer (Windows) or Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer (Linux). Palworld rewrites this file when it stops, so edit it while the server is off.

The file is built on our server with the same code NodeMesh uses to write it for you. Your settings are sent only to produce the preview and are not stored.

NodeMesh installs a small agent on the PC you already own and runs your Palworld server there. These same settings live in a Config tab, so you never edit the file by hand.
